Gender change

i know that the gender change is for people that donated only but how about change that into so everyone can , i just talked to a player that was a girl and wanted the gender change.

i dont get why it is for players donated only...

Because usually none really do gender change in RSPSes, but I guess someday It would happen that someone needed to change gender. Like today.
