   5. Personal qualities : well i am not trying to say i am the best at anything, but i am a young strategist with a excellent vocabulary, every head must bow to become a better person and grow as an individual.

   6. like i said i will never jump into a issue and start blaming one part of the argument. i will examine the problem first and ask a higher rank officer.
