New Tokhaar kal cape look

Hey,

This is more of a question for Artix, and Exile, personally I really don't know how much experience you guys have in coding but I was wondering if you could add the new "tokhaar-kal" cape look. If you have no idea what im talking about, click the link below.

That cape looks so nice. It should be added.
And yes I saw that cape on a different RSPS I played on earlier that sucked a bit.
I am unsure, but they said it would give you more defense than before.
