Start off at the edgville lodestone. Go west toward the men, kill them until they drop bones. Pick up each bone until you have a full inventory, travel to the church and use them on the altar. 1 - 2 runs will definitely get you to 99 prayer Hint: if you do this collect the bones on a different account, and trade them to a new account and start using the bones on the altar from a that account you will be level 16 when you reach 99 prayer...
