I'm jagex and I'm going to tell you how this whole moderator app stuff work.

In the Moderator Application, what so ever you users vote doesn't count. Only the Staff Members Vote Counts! You can tell if you liked it, but It doesn't count all the people that the vote counts from is:

Exile, Empire, Ezea 10, Runey and Grim.
Consider this before taking users votes as a + thing.
