So hows this whole mod thing work out? Do you just see whos been doing well lately and pick them? is it recommendation by mods/admins? To be honest i have no idea what goes on in this staff thing. I get used to it after a few days on the job/

its what the staff think of you and over time you get more chance
the server would want a experienced player that played for a good amount of time
not an player that started playing 12 minutes ago.
it will first start off with mod then you might get a chance of being the admin
you have to be patient.
