I got something better for fishing if you don't mind :)
when your 99 you could better go to ::lrc and fish rocktails.
when you arrive @ ::lrc just go east :)
be sure to bring fishing rod and living minerals.
If you don't want to buy the minerals just bring some gear and kill the monsters out there :)
there are 120 cb and 140 so take care ;)
