As long as you are 37 pray (65 on curses) you can do this money making method


Once you are high enough prayer and a decent combat level 100+ recomended, get your best gear and your best weapon and about 10 prayer potions (no food needed)...and head to the glacor caves by typing ::glacors... When you teleport in to the cave put on the Protect from magic prayer as soon as possible to avoid being hit..Pot up and start killing glacors

The Glacors drop many noted items including:

Noted Prayer Potion 3 doses (do not pick up)
Noted Blue Dragon hide (do not pick up)
Rune arrows (pick up)
Dragon Bolts (e) (pick up)
Diamond bolt (e) (pick up)
